LUIS R. JARA
Born in Cuenca, Ecuador. Luis has started his culinary career in New York in the 1980's. Starting off with his first job in a French Restaurant. Later on moving to an Italian restaurant in New York City. While in New York, Luis had helped Italian restaurant owners open a few locations around New York as Head Chef. In the mid 90's an opportunity came up in Florida. Helping open up a few restaurants in Miami, Bal Harbor, and Weston, Florida. Later in the early 2000's Luis went to Memphis, Tennessee to help open another restaurant. After 20 plus years of experience in Italian cuisine his goal was to open his own restaurant.
